• Processing Time: Orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. During launches or high-volume periods, things may take a little longer but we promise it’s always worth the wait.
• Where We Ship: We currently ship within Ghana and internationally.
• Delivery Timeframes:
  • Within Ghana: Free delivery, 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International: 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and customs

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside Ghana, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
