How should I care for my jewelry?
Your Duruyeh earrings are made to be lived in but like anything beautiful, a little care goes a long way. To keep your pieces looking their best:
Gently buff with the soft cleaning cloth included in your order. That’s usually all you need.
Avoid spraying perfume or applying lotions directly on your jewelry.
Gold-plated pieces prefer to stay out of the ocean or pool water, as salt and chlorine can wear them down over time.
While many customers (including us!) sometimes shower in our pieces with no issues, we recommend drying them thoroughly afterward if they do get wet.
When you're not wearing your earrings, tuck them into your jewelry storage or back into the Duruyeh box. The box was designed to be a safe space for your pieces, now and for years to come.
With a little love, your Duruyeh pieces will stay radiant for years to come, ready to be worn, re-worn, and passed on.

What materials do you use?
All Duruyeh pieces are crafted with care using 18k gold plating for a rich, lasting finish. Our earring posts are made from sterling silver, a gentle, high-quality metal known for being hypoallergenic and safe for most sensitive ears.
Each piece is designed to feel good on your skin and stay with you for the long haul.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping within Ghana. For all other regions, shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
Can I return my order?
Yes, if something’s not quite right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?

Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, at this time, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your earrings make it back to us safely.
Are all items eligible for return?
Most are, as long as they’re unworn and in perfect condition. However, custom pieces, gift cards, and final sale items are not eligible for return. Because of hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to decline a return if earrings appear worn.
