Because jewelry is worn close to the body, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons. All sales are final.

Include your order number, a few clear photos, and a brief note about what’s going on. We’ll review it carefully and do our very best to make things right, whether that means a replacement, store credit or another thoughtful solution.
